We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong knowledge of Selenium and Python to join our client's technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts, improving testing efficiency, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Python.
• Create and execute automated test cases for web applications.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects to development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to resolve testing issues.
• Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Maintain test documentation, test results, and defect reports.
• Troubleshoot failed test scripts and improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in software testing or test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Python.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.
• Experience in functional testing, regression testing, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Git, test management tools, and bug-tracking systems.
• Basic knowledge of API testing and SQL is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English to collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pytest or Python-based testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and test automation framework design.
• Experience with API automation tools such as Postman or REST-assured alternatives for Python.
• Exposure to Agile software development and continuous integration practices.
• Experience working in a multinational or cross-functional technology environment.
