HIRING NOW | SENIOR AI ENGINEER – AUTONOMOUS ROBOTICS & AGV INTELLIGENCE

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of advanced AI capabilities for next-generation Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous robotic platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in Robotics AI, Autonomous Systems, Deep Learning, and Real-Time AI Deployment.
Location : KL Malaysia
Salary Range: RM12,000 – RM14,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced AI-based perception systems using LiDAR, cameras, radar, IMU, and multi-sensor fusion.
• Develop Object Detection, Semantic Segmentation, Terrain Classification, and Obstacle Prediction models.
• Build and optimize Visual SLAM, LiDAR SLAM, VIO, and localization systems.
• Develop autonomous navigation, path planning, motion planning, and decision-making algorithms.
• Research and implement Reinforcement Learning (RL), Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), and Imitation Learning.
• Develop Simulation-to-Real (Sim2Real) pipelines for autonomous robotics.
• Integrate AI modules using ROS/ROS2.
• Optimize AI models for NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, Xavier, and other edge computing platforms.
• Develop simulation environments, digital twins, and MLOps pipelines for AI deployment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in AI, Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in AI, Robotics, or Autonomous Systems.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade autonomous robotic systems.
• Strong expertise in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Robotics AI, and real-time autonomous systems.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• NVIDIA Isaac Sim / Isaac ROS
• ROS / ROS2 and Autoware
• LiDAR-based perception and SLAM
• ArduPilot / PX4
• Reinforcement Learning and Sim2Real
• NVIDIA Jetson and Edge AI optimization
• Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models and Foundation Models for Robotics
• Autonomous Outdoor Mobile Robots, UGVs, and AGVs
• Agricultural Robotics and Multi-Agent Robotics
