One of our reputable clients is looking for UNIFIED COMMUNICATION SUPPORT ENGINEER LEVEL 3

Work Location: Singapore

Role: Cisco UCM / AV / VOIP - Support Engineer

***Supporting Local Government projects

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Cisco UCM / Unified Communications Manager environments.
• Administer and support Cisco Webex Cloud services.
• Design, implement and support interoperability between:
• Cisco Video Conferencing
• Cisco UCM
• Webex Cloud
• Zoom, Teams
• Support Cisco Room Series, Webex Room devices, codecs, collaboration endpoints and associated peripherals.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support for conference rooms and collaboration technologies.
• Plan and execute VC technology refresh projects.
• Provide technical support for Client Events and other high-profile corporate events.
• Collaborate closely with the Global Design team to align with the latest room design standards and updates.
• Coordinate with the Places team and AV vendors to ensure design accuracy and technical alignment.

Mandatory Skills

• At least 8 years of experience with minimum 5 years of Cisco UCM / CUCM
• Cisco Video Conferencing
• Cisco Webex Room devices
• Cisco codecs/endpoints
• SIP
• H.323
• Video conferencing protocols
• Webex
• Zoom, Teams
• Incident / change management
• Network fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, VLANs
• Desired skills: Cisco Networking ( CCNA, CCNP ) and ITIL certifications
