Job Summary

• The role will be responsible to creating a roadmap for application which are robust and futuristic solutions for ATM Switch and Cards & Payment domain.

• Strong design and programming knowledge on Unix/Linux environment, Unix Shell Scripting

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
• Define roadmap for switching and cards platforms
• Evaluate emerging payment technologies
• Act as SME for payments ecosystem
Business
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support Visa, Mastercard, UPI integrations
• Ensure scheme compliance
Processes
• Requirement analysis and architecture design
• Drive full SDLC delivery
• Ensure integration across systems
People & Talent
• Provide SME guidance
• Share knowledge and mentor team members
Risk Management
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, EMV standards
Governance
• Adhere to technology standards
• Maintain documentation and audit readiness
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of ATM/POS switching, Debit Card Issuance/Management, Digital Channels interface, Encryption, HSM and ISO8583 messaging standards

Qualifications

• B-TECH or BE or MBA grade in Computer Science/ Information Systems or related IT Area; 5-10years
