• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them in designated areas in accordance with restaurant procedures.
• Presenting menus to guests and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our offerings, including specials menu's and beverages.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders whilst ensuring clarity on any special requests.
• Communicating orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serving food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring correct items are delivered to the correct guests.
• Maintaining attentiveness to guest needs throughout their dining experience, promptly addressing any issues or requests.
• Clearing tables and resetting them to our high standards between seatings.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas and service stations.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service operations and supporting colleagues when needed.
• Adhering to food safety.
