Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior / Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents' well-being, and maintaining professional clinical standards.

This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide personalised, safe, and effective care in a residential aged-care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide, supervise, and evaluate nursing care to ensure residents receive safe and quality clinical services.

• Monitor residents' health conditions, assess care needs, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.

• Develop, review, and regularly update Nursing Care Plans (NCP) based on residents' changing needs.

• Maintain and continuously improve clinical nursing standards, patient safety, and quality of care.

• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols and professional standards.

• Guide, supervise, and support Enrolled Nurses and care staff in their daily clinical duties.

• Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals, nursing teams, and other departments to ensure continuity of care.

• Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care needs and treatment plans.

• Participate in clinical training, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and hold a valid Practising Certificate.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience preferred; experience in aged care, geriatric nursing, or residential care settings will be an advantage.

• Strong clinical assessment, nursing care, and patient management skills.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering quality resident care.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Working Arrangements

• Work Schedule: 4 days per week

• Shift Pattern: 2 rotating shifts

• Shift Duration: 12 hours per shift

• Employment Type: Full-Time
