• Manage and resolve public relations matters arising from construction projects.
• Attend to public and residents' feedback, complaints, enquiries, requests and other concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant government agencies, stakeholders and project partners, including statutory authorities, town councils, residents, consultants and contractors.
• Participate in weekly and monthly project progress meetings, site walkabouts and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress updates and monthly reports.
• Support the planning and execution of public relations initiatives and community engagement programmes, particularly during festive periods.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, clients and the surrounding community.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience, including at least 2 years of experience working on LTA projects in Singapore.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
