Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator cum Sales Support Executive to support both logistics operations and sales administration functions. The successful candidate will coordinate daily logistics activities while providing administrative and customer support to the sales team to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate and monitor daily logistics, and shipment activities.

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and customers to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare shipping documents, delivery orders and invoices.

Handle logistics-related enquiries and resolve operational issues.

Sales Support

Provide administrative support to the Sales team.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and related documentation.

Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, and deliveries.

Coordinate between customers, sales personnel, and operations team to ensure smooth order processing.

Support business development activities and customer service initiatives when required.

Requirements

ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, customer service, sales coordination, or sales support.

Fresh graduates with a Logistics or Business-related qualification are welcome to apply.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.

Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
