• Responsible for supervising and training warehouse keepers & material handlers
• Monitoring inventory control function
• Process and handle inventory posting, transaction and coordinate inventory movement
• Coordinate production order kitting to the floor before start date
• Oversees and develop strategies that improve cycle count process for efficiency and first-pass accuracy
• Recommend and improve upon inventory accuracy
• Advise warehouse keeper on care and preservation of items receive, storage, and shipping goods
• Ensure warehouse keepers use of equipment with safety as a priority
• Trace, identify and rectify discrepancies between physical inventory and stocking records
• Adjusts and tracks errors for all operations with the mindset to identify root cause and error-proof method
• Anticipate & implement new processes to improve efficiency of operations
• Plan layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
• Assign duties and examine work for neatness, and compliance to policies and 5S procedures
• Other duties as required and assigned by supervisor

• Supervise the Shipping, Receiving, and Stockroom departments
• Work closely with Production Supervisors and Group Leaders on material availability
• Interact with Purchasing and Planning, Engineering, Quality Control, and Sales

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience MRP operating environment, experience in Microsoft Navision is a plus
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience; ability to handle conflict issues
• Excellent working knowledge of supply chain management, and inventory management with Lean manufacturing management principles
