Established in 2015, the company began with manpower solutions for Airport Services and Changi Airfreight Center and expanded into Logistics and Transportation Solutions in 2020.
Job Summary
Lead daily operations to meet customer requirements, manage manpower shortages, report ground issues with solutions, ensure compliance with safety and administrative processes, and identify new business opportunities to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily operations to meet customer requirements efficiently
Lead and cover operational duties during manpower shortages to maintain service continuity
Conduct regular ground area walkthroughs to engage with staff and identify operational issues
Report ground issues to management promptly, proposing actionable solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with organizational objectives
Compile and submit attendance records to HR before cut-off dates for timely processing
Ensure adherence to safety policies across all operational activities
Compile and submit billing documents accurately to Finance for invoicing
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned to support operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Recognised degree in any field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics and transportation
Previous working experience in airport operations
Proficient in planning, communication, and problem-solving to support operational effectiveness
Customer service oriented and results-driven with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
IT savvy to troubleshoot company software issues as they arise
