全职 Industrial Design Principal Engineer 工作, 薪水, 戴爾 100, 台灣 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

SUMMARYResponsible for the design and development activities associated with Industrial Design (ID) concepts and specifications for a global market through executive engagement that optimizes the end user experience as it relates to function, aesthetics, value, ergonomics, design language and trends. Contributes and drives design strategy, through analysis, documentation and validation of ID concepts. Ensures final designs align with corporate strategy, marketing requirements, quality, business goals, product specifications and manufacturing standards. Coordinates, manages and drives vendor / Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) commitments and business deliverables. We're looking for an Industrial Designer to help define the next generation of enterprise systems-servers, racks, and infrastructure that form the digital backbone of the world's most ambitious organizations. This is design at full complexity, where airflow, liquid cooling, density, and serviceability are part of the creative challenge-and where form, clarity, and brand still matter deeply. As AI and accelerated computing reshape hardware, you'll help design the very systems that make AI possible-scaling across dramatically different performance and thermal demands, and translating complexity into cohesive, thoughtful products used at global scale. We also expect you to be actively exploring how AI is transforming the way design itself gets done.
