  • To manage the execution of all service activities within the assigned region to achieve operational targets safely, efficiently and in accordance with customer requirements.
  • To ensure competent manpower, tools, equipment and operational resources are available to support service execution
  • To deliver consistent service quality while maintaining strong working relationships with customers.
  • To ensure service activities are executed in accordance with approved technical standards and quality requirements.
  • Lead, coach and develop engineers, supervisors and technicians within the assigned region
