We are rapidly expanding our air con servicing and surveying team and we want you to build a career with us. If you have a valid Class 2B Driver's license, believe you are a friendly face and patient with customers and would like to develop technical skills - we would love to talk!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
• Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
• Propose and upsell aircon services to customers (chemical overhaul)
• Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate courteously and patiently with customers and provide helpful service.
• Able to carry out physical tasks involved in on-site maintenance and repair work, including handling tools and equipment safely.
• Able to use basic mobile applications to receive job assignments and update work records.
• Willing to learn new skills and work procedures.
• Basic experience in general maintenance or repair work.
• Basic spoken and written English to communicate with customers, understand work instructions and complete service records.
• Able to respond to faults and emergency repair requests, and handle customer complaints professionally.
• A valid Singapore Class 2B motorcycle licence is required for travel between job locations. A company motorcycle will be provided.
• Able to work a six-day work week.

Pay: $1,400.00 - $4,500.00 per month
