About the role
Join AAT Training Hub to win new business and grow relationships with existing clients. You’ll reach out to companies, meet decision-makers and understand what their teams need. You’ll recommend suitable training options and manage each opportunity from the first conversation to a confirmed booking.
You’ll also use targeted promotions, email and LinkedIn to generate enquiries and give clients a reason to get in touch.
Key responsibilities
Identify prospective corporate clients and reach out through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking and referrals.
Arrange and attend client meetings to understand their needs and present suitable training options.
Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up with decision-makers and close sales.
Build relationships with existing clients and reconnect with past clients to identify opportunities for repeat business.
Work with the team on email campaigns, course promotions and client events. Follow up on enquiries generated through these activities.
Keep track of prospects, meetings, quotations and confirmed bookings, and work towards agreed sales targets.
What you’ll bring
Experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition.
Confidence making cold calls, meeting clients in person and presenting proposals.
A track record of winning new clients or growing existing accounts, with examples of how you contributed to the sale.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently.
Comfort using email and LinkedIn for business outreach. Experience supporting promotional campaigns is an advantage.
Experience in training, education or professional services is welcome, as is relevant B2B sales experience from other industries.
