岗位职责
We are looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to join Onyu Restaurant. You will be responsible for handling reservations, attending to customer enquiries, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and supporting daily restaurant operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service.
Handle customer reservations, including phone enquiries, booking confirmations, and seating arrangements.
Manage walk-in customers, waiting lists, and table allocations to ensure smooth dining operations.
Attend to customer enquiries, requests, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations on food, beverages, and menu specials.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Handle cashiering duties, including bill settlement and payment processing.
Set up tables, clear used dishes, and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Assist with simple food and beverage preparation when required.
Monitor and replenish condiments, utensils, beverages, and other service supplies.
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Assist with stock checking and inventory management.
Perform daily opening and closing duties, including restaurant setup and cleaning.
Support daily restaurant operations and assist team members during busy service periods.
Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle customer enquiries, reservations, and feedback professionally.
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Good teamwork skills and willingness to support daily operations.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage
