Key Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve website UI/UX to ensure a smooth, intuitive, and visually appealing user journey

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize user experience and engagement

• Develop, implement, and maintain responsive web interfaces

• Translate UI/UX designs into functional HTML/CSS code, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation

• Build and structure front-end layouts directly from design concepts into clean, maintainable HTML sources

• Conceptualize and build fun, interactive mini-games to increase user retention and activity

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business goals

• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on insights

• Ensure website performance, speed, and scalability

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and interactive technologies

• Maintain consistency in design systems, branding, and user flows

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and interactive features (mini-games or gamification is a big plus)

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Vue, or similar)

• Strong ability to convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into clean, well-structured, and production-ready HTML/CSS code

• Experience in building responsive layouts directly from design files (pixel-perfect accuracy across devices)

• Good understanding of semantic HTML, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards

• Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Basic knowledge of game development (e.g., Canvas, WebGL, Phaser, or similar frameworks)

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Experience in gamification strategies

• Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, APIs, databases)

• Experience with animations and motion design

• Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools

• Experience optimizing front-end performance (loading speed, Lighthouse scores, Core Web Vitals)
