We are seeking an experienced Casino Host to manage guest relationships and support player-development activities onboard an international cruise ship. The successful candidate will provide personalised service to casino guests, maintain player relationships and help create an engaging onboard casino experience.

This is a shipboard position. Applicants must be prepared to live and work onboard throughout the contract and follow the vessel’s operational schedule.

• Open to Malaysian and Singaporean applicants only.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in casino hosting, player development, casino sales or premium guest service.

• Previous experience in a land-based or shipboard casino environment.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Confident in engaging with casino players and delivering personalised guest service.

• Proficient in MS Office, databases and player-tracking systems.

• Able to manage guest relationships professionally and discreetly.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural shipboard environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Final selection is subject to the cruise line’s assessment and operational requirements.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with casino guests onboard the cruise ship.

• Provide personalised service and assistance throughout the guest’s casino experience.

• Welcome new and returning players and introduce relevant casino activities.

• Support player-development, guest-retention and casino promotional activities.

• Monitor player activity and maintain accurate information in the player-tracking system.

• Assist with casino events, tournaments and guest-engagement activities.

• Respond to guest enquiries, requests and concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with casino management and operational teams to support guest needs.

• Maintain accurate guest profiles, activity records and required reports.

• Handle guest information professionally and confidentially.

• Help maintain a welcoming, engaging and service-focused casino environment onboard.
