Working Schedule: Mon – Fri (8:00am – 5:00pm), Alt Sat (8:00am – 12:00pm)

Key Duties:

• Handle service operations including preparation of quotations, customer records, documentation, Customs/Trade Net permit declarations for import and export shipments, and preparation of reports and invoices.
• Liaise with haulers, shipping companies and Customs on shipment arrangements, permit matters and related operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Familiar with Customs permit declaration procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office.
