Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes and activities for seniors in the Eunos Crescent community.

Ensure programmes are delivered effectively, in accordance with established standards and intended client engagement outcomes.

Develop and introduce new programmes and services based on the identified needs and interests of service users.

Conduct regular programme evaluations and gather feedback from participants to assess programme effectiveness.

Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate enhancements to programmes and services.

Coordinate communications and engagement with stakeholders involved in the delivery of programmes and services.

Guide and support volunteers in carrying out programme activities and assigned responsibilities.

Manage programme budgets, resources and related administrative requirements.

Collaborate with community partners, organisations and relevant stakeholders to plan and deliver programmes.
