Leasing Managers/Executives- Mandarin (Apparel/Fashion Retail Outlets)

Job Description:

• Identify and source for profitable/strategic sites for the new stores opening in line with the Company's store growth targets.
• Conduct site surveys & evaluation, complete and submit site proposals for management consideration.
• Arrange and coordinate site inspection and procure requisite tenancy documentation from malls/landlords.
• Liaise with malls/ landlords leading to the execution of tenancy agreements and taking of vacant possession.
• To ensure proper lease administration of all documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and deadlines are met accordingly.

Job Specifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience for Exec OR 5 years for Manager in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong leadership, team player, able to meet deadlines.
• Has some negotiation skills on tenancy detailing.
• Has an eye for suitable spaces within company guidelines and spaces are not limited to shopping malls only.
• Some exposure in street style formats will be advantageous.
• Able to converse well in English as well as written communication.
• Additional language proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia would be added advantage.
• Has legal understanding, strong commercial sense.
• Possess own transport and willing to be based in Shah Alam.
• Able to travel within Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
