Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven ICT Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our expanding IT sales team. This role focuses on sales, account management, and new business development within the ICT / IT solutions industry. Candidates with strong sales drive and interest in technology are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities
• Sell and promote ICT / IT products, solutions, and services
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
• Maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support
• Update customers on new products, technologies, and solutions
• Work closely with internal technical and operations teams
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events (local/overseas when required)

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field
• 1–3 years working experience in Sales / IT Sales / ICT Sales / Account Management
• Experience in solution selling or technology-related sales is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Customer-oriented with good relationship management skills
• Basic numerical and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and ability to meet sales targets
• Willing to travel when required
