Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outgoing shipments.
• Handle import and export activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Prepare, check, and maintain import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, shipping instructions, and customs declaration documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, transporters, customs agents, and relevant government authorities on import and export matters.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure all required shipping documents are accurate and submitted on time.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve shipment delays or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery.
• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock records in the ERP system.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper warehouse documentation, filing, and record-keeping for import, export, and inventory transactions.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and applicable import and export regulations.
• Assist in improving warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and logistics processes.
• Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 2–3 years of working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, import and export, or a related role in the manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with Malaysian customs procedures, import and export documentation, and shipping arrangements.
• Knowledge of customs declarations, HS Codes, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documentation is an added advantage.
• Experience in dealing with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs authorities.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle urgent shipment requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
• A team player who is willing to assist other Warehouse and Logistics team members when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
