WE’RE HIRING | REVENUE MANAGER

Bertam Resort, Penang

Bertam Resort is seeking a Revenue Manager to manage pricing, forecasting and distribution, while supporting the resort’s Marriott integration. You will work closely with Sales, Reservations, Marketing and Front Office to identify opportunities and improve revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and room revenue
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and revenue performance reports
• Manage room inventory, rate plans, restrictions and market segmentation
• Analyse booking pace, market demand, competitor activity and channel performance
• Monitor rate parity across Marriott channels, direct bookings, OTAs and other distribution platforms
• Recommend timely actions when revenue targets are at risk
• Participate in revenue strategy meetings and present findings to Management
• Support Marriott revenue reporting requirements and guide relevant team members on revenue practices

Requirements:

• At least five years of hotel revenue management experience
• Hands-on experience working in a Marriott-branded hotel is required
• Strong knowledge of Marriott revenue systems, tools and reporting
• Proven ability to manage pricing, forecasting, inventory and distribution
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-departmental coordination skills
• Resort or hotel integration experience is an advantage
• Unrestricted legal authorisation to work in Malaysia without employer sponsorship

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
