Quality Control Executive / QC Executive

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct incoming quality inspections for raw materials, ingredients and packaging materials.
• Perform routine quality checks during production to ensure products meet approved specifications.
• Conduct GMP, hygiene and pest-control inspections across Production and Warehouse areas.
• Perform product sampling and basic QC testing such as pH, moisture, salt content, specific gravity and sensory evaluation.
• Identify quality deviations and manage HOLD, segregation and non-conformance processes.
• Follow up on corrective actions and support CAR/CAPA activities.
• Conduct finished-product and dispatch inspections to ensure product quality and packaging integrity.
• Maintain accurate QC, PRP/OPRP and inspection records.
• Support internal, customer, certification and regulatory audits.
• Monitor quality issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Quality Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in QC/QA or food manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, food hygiene/food safety, QC inspection and sampling, laboratory testing and PRP/OPRP.
• Strong attention to detail and good observation skills.
• Good documentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to identify abnormalities and take timely action.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work hands-on in Production and Warehouse environments.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys being hands-on, has a strong eye for detail, and wants to build practical experience in food quality and safety.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
