Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading technology organization to appoint a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join its growing team. We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional to partner closely with senior leaders and drive strategic people initiatives across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR lead, you will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of people matters. You will work closely with leadership teams to align talent strategies with business objectives while championing organizational effectiveness and leadership capability.

You will partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and change management initiatives. You will also collaborate with regional and global centres of excellence to deliver best-in-class people solutions and drive continuous improvement across HR processes and programs.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile comes with a strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders in complex, high-growth environments and 10 to 15 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience. You possess excellent commercial acumen, strong influencing skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
