Job Summary
Support sales of hearing aids and glasses by assisting customers in product selection, performing required tests, and delivering excellent service. Manage inventory, use POS systems proficiently, and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
Responsibilities

Perform required hearing and vision tests competently to support sales decisions
Use the POS system proficiently to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Deliver high-level customer service to create a positive buying experience
Support in-stock processes by maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness to ensure a welcoming environment
Uphold the store’s visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
