Position: Recruiter

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Description

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to identify the right talent for assigned job opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, recruitment databases, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage end-to-end resourcing activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, recruitment updates, and activities within the internal system.
• Handle incoming calls and recruitment enquiries professionally, ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.
• Work closely with clients, account managers, and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality recruitment support.
• Monitor recruitment progress, prepare performance reports, and ensure recruitment targets, KPIs, and SLAs are achieved.
• Proactively address recruitment challenges, candidate concerns, and client escalations to ensure a positive experience.
• Participate in client discussions and team meetings to improve recruitment processes and overall service delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation while supporting daily operations and departmental initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Mandarin & English proficiency
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, resourcing, or customer service-related roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment databases, ERP systems, digital sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Experience working towards KPIs, SLAs, and recruitment delivery targets.
