• System Development Strategy: Document and analyze business requirements across departments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with vendors to ensure system meets business needs.
• System Design Alignment: Convert business requirements into functional specifications.
• System Validation and Quality Control: Review vendor-proposed system design and configurations.
• Testing and Implementation: Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Project Tracking and Risk Management: Monitor project progress and escalate risks.
• Process Optimization: Align system with shipping industry processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate post-implementation performance and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 year of experience in system/software development, with at least 2 years in system or solution architecture.
• Strong background in application development (Java, C#, Python, PHP) and database management (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Exposure to shipping/logistics systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, port/liner platforms) is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in system architecture, cloud (AWS/Azure), or security is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
