We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and implementation, along with exposure to AI-powered capabilities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow modules, scripting, integrations, and workflow automation, with practical experience in leveraging AI features to enhance platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
• Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom applications.
• Implement and configure AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Generative AI, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into ServiceNow workflows to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Catalog.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and ACLs.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on exposure to ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, GenAI, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence.
• Understanding of AI/LLM integration, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred; CAD certification is an advantage.
