Role Overview

We are hiring a Quality Control Programmer to independently verify the work of other programmers, enforce reproducibility and ensure governance discipline. This role focuses on detail review and is critical to maintaining quality and cost accountability across outsourced teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Test case management: Define, document, and maintain structured test cases, ensuring reproducibility and traceability.

· Detail review: Independently review programmer outputs, validate negative‑path coverage, and confirm reproducibility across demo accounts.

· Loading test validation: Verify scalability tests (1,000 → 10,000 → 50,000 users…) and filter errors.

· Cost control: Monitor outsourced programmer output versus cost, prevent scope creep, and ensure payment discipline.

· Governance compliance: Enforce accountability and ensure payment is tied to completed work.

Required Skills

· Strong background in QA with proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Java, or Node.js).

· Ability to read and validate PostgreSQL/MySQL schemas and queries.

· Familiarity with React/Next.js, NestJS, Prisma ORM to understand programmer outputs.

· Experience with testing automation frameworks (Jest, Cypress, JMeter) for reproducibility and scalability validation.

· Proven ability to enforce cost control and governance discipline, ensuring payment is tied to completed work.

Candidate Profile

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.

· Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in QA, testing or governance roles.

· Track record: Demonstrated ability to enforce reproducibility, validate scalability, and manage outsourced programmer accountability.

· Good English Communication, Cantonese is a plus
