Contract Period: From 4 January 2027 to 31 December 2027

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 3.45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements:
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• At least GCE ‘N’ Level Certificate or its equivalent
• Able to commence work on 04 Jan 2027
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good team player with a high level of initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Please indicate proficiency in CV)
• Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in reception duty in schools between 2022 to 2026

Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:
Customer Service

• To assist in customer service at the counter
• To answer telephone calls and direct to the respective parties, if necessary
• To assist in administering simple first aid for students

Data Entry using Microsoft Word or Excel

• To assist in data entry using Microsoft Word or Excel

Any other clerical duties

• To assist in any other clerical duties assigned
