职位描述

岗位职责

We are looking for a dynamic, people-oriented Senior Human Resources Manager to shape our people strategy, build an engaging workplace culture and, most importantly, help us identify and attract exceptional talent. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings positive energy, sound judgment and a genuine passion for connecting with people.

You will partner closely with senior management to anticipate hiring needs, develop practical HR policies and processes, and lead recruitment efforts. You should be equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to deliver results.

You will champion employee engagement, professional development and fair, effective people practices. Your remit includes employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and the day-to-day HR operations that help our team do its best work.

We are seeking an approachable, upbeat and confident communicator who can build trust quickly, energize the team and represent the company compellingly to candidates. Above all, you know how to spot real potential beyond a polished CV, assess talent thoughtfully and turn strong candidate relationships into great hires.

Scope

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the senior management team on culture, people strategy and growth planning.
  • Own end-to-end talent acquisition: proactively source and engage high-calibre candidates, build talent pipelines and deliver hires that meet current and future business needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define what great talent looks like, evaluate skills and potential through structured selection, and create an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional networks, referrals and passive candidates; track recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Design and implement a framework for continuous learning and organizational development.
  • Run performance measurement cycles and ensure compensation and benefits are effective, transparent and consistent.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance including the management of work passes, IR21 and IR8Asubmissions, NS claims, MOM surveys, and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise and coordinate with interns and educational institutions,
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
  • Take charge of all staff related insurance matters.
  • Oversee payroll and leave administration.
  • Plan and organize office activities and employee engagement events, including monthly birthday celebrations and other festive events.

Requirements

  • A bachelor'sdegree in human resources or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial hands-on recruitment and employee development experience.
  • A dynamic and approachable personality, with the confidence, warmth and energy to connect naturally with employees and prospective hires.
  • A proven talent-spotter: able to source beyond conventional channels, assess capability and cultural contribution, and persuade sought-after candidates to join.
  • Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building and organizational skills; an attentive listener who acts decisively and follows through.
  • Comfortable using recruitment technology to manage pipelines and measure hiring outcomes.
