Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing communications strategies across digital and traditional marketing channels.

• Plan and coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, online engagement activities and display advertising.

• Liaise with external agencies to develop engaging social media content and marketing materials.

• Maintain and update the organisation's website to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

• Prepare monthly digital marketing analytics reports and monitor campaign performance.

• Support publicity and promotional initiatives to increase public awareness of the organisation's services and activities.

• Develop corporate communication materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations and other marketing collaterals.

• Track and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness across various communication platforms.

• Coordinate corporate events, community outreach programmes and promotional activities.

• Source and liaise with external vendors, agencies and stakeholders to support marketing and event requirements.

• Provide administrative and coordination support for corporate development and communications initiatives.

• Perform other related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, content creation or website management.

• Experience managing social media platforms, digital campaigns and marketing content.

• Familiarity with website content management and digital marketing analytics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small team.

• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
