Coordinate daily warehouse administrative activities and assign tasks where required.

Ensure administrative records and documents are maintained accurately.

Prepare import/export documents and support shipment processing.

Communicate with customers and logistics partners via telephone and email.

Monitor shipment status and follow up on clearance and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and operations staff on daily activities.

Maintain inventory records and report stock discrepancies.

Assist with onboarding and familiarising new employees with work procedures.

Support KPI monitoring and ensure tasks are completed within the required timelines.

Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with workplace safety standards.

Carry out other job-related duties as assigned.
