Join a technical support team where you will work with industrial products, troubleshoot customer applications and help businesses get the best out of their systems. This is an opportunity to apply what you learned in school, strengthen your technical problem-solving skills and gain hands-on exposure to industrial automation and customer applications.

Key responsibilities

Support sales representatives and customers with product specifications, applications and technical enquiries via phone and email
Conduct product application tests, troubleshoot technical issues and identify suitable solutions
Visit customer sites to assist with system setup, adjustments, fine-tuning and troubleshooting
Conduct post-sales application training and explain technical concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
Create and update user manuals and training materials
Assist with on-site product presentations when required
Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and operational efficiency
