Handle inbound calls and assist customers with enquiries on banking products, accounts, cards and transactions.
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Process customer requests and update records accurately while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with procedures.
Promote relevant banking services and digital solutions while maintaining high customer service standards.
