About the Role

Design and develop game feature modules, ensuring implementations meet design requirements and deliver excellent user experience. Optimize the existing game framework and performance. Implement feature logic based on project requirements. Own the game release pipeline, including build packaging, platform submission (app store review), and SDK integration. Deliver key technical implementations (AI, pathfinding, networking, etc.) and ensure their stability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop game feature modules, ensuring implementations meet design requirements and deliver excellent user experience.
• Optimize the existing game framework and performance.
• Implement feature logic based on project requirements.
• Own the game release pipeline, including build packaging, platform submission (app store review), and SDK integration.
• Deliver key technical implementations (AI, pathfinding, networking, etc.) and ensure their stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Unity (U3D) game development.
• Proficiency in C#, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
• Solid knowledge of Unity modules including graphics rendering, physics engine, resource management, and performance optimization.
• Rigorous and logical thinking, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience shipping mid-to-heavy casual online games is a plus.
• Familiarity with common technical architectures such as lockstep (frame synchronization), state synchronization, ECS, and HybridCLR is a plus.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools for feature development, framework design, code review, and debugging, with a proven track record of significantly boosting development efficiency — preferred.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
