Role Description

We are looking for a creative, self-driven and hands-on Digital Content & Marketing Officer to join our team in Kota Bharu (Kelantan).

This is an on-site role offering hands-on exposure to social media, content creation, e-commerce, product photography & videography, packaging, product launches and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage social media contents.
• Create graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Conduct product photography and video shooting/editing for social media and marketing use.
• Develop creative content ideas and captions
• Manage e-commerce platforms, including listings, campaigns, customer enquiries, orders and parcel/sample packing.
• Support digital ads, festive campaigns, product launches, email marketing and other marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Digital content creation experience (please share your work portfolio).
• Diploma / Degree in a relevant field, or demonstrated relevant experience.
• Minimum MUET Band 3 or equivalent English proficiency.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Able to independently create and edit videos.
• Creative, responsible and self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
• Own transport or reliable means of commuting to Pengkalan Chepa, Kota Bharu.
