We are looking for passionate and sales-driven individuals to join our retail team and represent Infinix at retail outlets across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Infinix professionally at assigned retail outlets and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Proactively engage walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Infinix smartphones based on their preferences and budget.
• Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features, specifications, promotions, and competitive advantages.
• Drive individual sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets, KPIs, and commission objectives.
• Build positive relationships with customers and retail store personnel to support sales growth.
• Maintain attractive product displays, ensure proper merchandising, and uphold Infinix’s brand standards.
• Stay updated on new product launches, promotional campaigns, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Support daily retail operations and provide basic product guidance to customers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, smartphone sales, telecommunications, or consumer electronics.
• Candidates with a strong sales track record and a genuine passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with different types of customers.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin or other languages would be an advantage.
• Willing to work on a retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays, where required.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to the retail team.
