Role Description The AI Short Drama Creator / AI Video Producer is a full-time remote role focused on conceptualizing, scripting, and producing short-form video dramas using AI tools and platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing story ideas and narratives, writing scripts and dialogue, and designing shot lists and scenes optimized for AI video generation. The role involves operating AI video creation tools, editing and refining outputs, adding or coordinating voiceovers, sound, and basic visual effects, and ensuring each piece meets brand, platform, and client guidelines. The individual will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align creative concepts with marketing and audience objectives, adapt content for different social and digital channels, and iterate based on performance data and feedback. This role also requires staying current with emerging AI video technologies, experimenting with new workflows, and documenting best practices to improve production efficiency and quality.
Qualifications

• Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and narrative development skills, particularly for short-form video and drama-style content.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., text-to-video platforms), alongside basic video editing and post-production skills.
• Ability to plan and structure video content, including storyboards, shot lists, pacing, and scene composition for digital and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with content optimization for online audiences, including understanding of viewer engagement, retention, and platform-specific formats.
• Comfort working with sound design, voiceover coordination, and basic motion graphics or visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Strong research and creative ideation skills to generate original concepts aligned with client or brand objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing trends; experience producing content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or similar
