Job Summary
Join East Asia Research as a Part-Time Conference Helper to support the smooth running of an international academic conference, engaging with delegates and assisting with event operations from 10 to 11 Dec 2026. You are required to attend an afternoon briefing on the 7th Dec 2026 at the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium.
Current students are highly encouraged to apply for this short-term role
Responsibilities
Greet and guide conference delegates & make sure session starts on time
Take photos during the event
Ad hoc tasks to support event operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Friendly, approachable, punctual and reliable person

Other Information
Event Dates: 10–11 Dec 2026 (8:30 AM–6:00 PM) plus briefing on 7 Dec 2026 (2:00 PM–5:00 PM)
Location: Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, Singapore
Daily meals provided during duty hours
