Operate production machinery in accordance with work instructions and operating standards.

Monitor equipment performance and identify breakdowns, dysfunctions, or product quality issues.

Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and established procedures.

Record relevant production data to maintain accurate product and process traceability.

Check raw material deliveries against production requests and report discrepancies.

Carry out material loading activities involving raw materials and semi-finished goods.

Inspect production output and record the total length, quantity of good products, and number of defective products.

Organise and prepare finished goods for collection by the designated TPA operator.

Provide guidance to new operators as required.
