Administration & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creative individual to support our administration and marketing functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with creative projects, helping to ensure smooth business operations while strengthening our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Recruitment Support

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage schedules, documentation, meeting arrangements, and internal communications.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and company databases.
• Liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams as required.
• Provide administrative support for company events and projects.

Marketing & Communications

• Plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Support branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Design marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
• Coordinate photography, videography, and event-related marketing activities.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
