Job Responsibilities
Handle daily production paperwork and administrative duties
Update production records and reports
Monitor workers' attendance, overtime and leave
Assist with payroll calculation and processing
Coordinate with production team on daily operations
Perform general administrative duties
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Prior admin experience preferred
Experience in manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
Basic payroll knowledge, including attendance and OT calculation
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Responsible, organised and willing to learn
