Role Overview

W Search & Staffing is currently representing a Luxury Conglomerate to search for Retail Advisors in Changi Airport. As part of the organization's expanding team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills and passion for high-end fashion and accessories. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary, plus sales incentives and bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.

• Demonstrating and promoting the features and benefits of luxury products.

• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

• Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards.

• Assisting with stock management and replenishment.

• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement sales strategies.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably within the Luxury Retail / Jewellery industries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional service.

• Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customers with the right products.

• Enthusiasm for fashion, luxury brands and trends and possess a positive, friendly and professional attitude.

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required. Comfortable in working on rostered shifts including the midnight shift.
