This role supports the execution of data-driven strategies. Working closely with the BI team and business stakeholders, you will coordinate analytics projects, generate actionable insights, and ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Analytics Manager in guiding the BI team's daily activities, managing project delivery, tracking progress, and facilitating technical skill development.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and develop effective reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support organizational decision-making.
• Act as the primary liaison between the BI team and other departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver valuable business insights.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage business intelligence tools while staying informed on industry trends to recommend system enhancements.
• Support and maintain data governance practices, ensuring strict adherence to data quality, integrity, and security standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematic, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven background in business intelligence or data analytics, including prior experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
• Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
