$2,000 - $3,000 + Variable Bonus
A reputable main contractor with a strong track record in HDB, Condo, Landed Property, Commercial & Industrial Buildings.

Responsibilities
Maintain, organize, and update project documents, records, correspondence, and files, ensuring proper document and version control.
Prepare, compile, distribute, and submit documents to clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
Coordinate and follow up with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams on project matters.
Arrange project and site meetings, visits, inspections, and activities.
Prepare meeting minutes, attendance records, and action lists.
Update project schedules, progress trackers, status reports, and handover records.
Assist in compiling progress updates and preparing reports and submissions for management and relevant parties.
Assist with obtaining and comparing quotations, preparing purchase orders, coordinating procurement requirements and commercial documents
Liaise with suppliers on pricing, material availability, and delivery schedules, and monitor timely delivery to site.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, deliveries, and work arrangements with site personnel, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Follow up on site requirements and escalate outstanding issues to the Project Manager or relevant person-in-charge.
Assist with invoice submissions, payment follow-ups, expense tracking, purchase orders, and maintaining financial records.
Assist with permit applications, PTW (Permit to Work), authority submissions, inspection documents, approvals, and other compliance requirements, ensuring timely submission and proper recordkeeping.
