Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.Present financial reports to management, providing clear and concise insights.

Accounts Management:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.Monitor and manage cash flow, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.

Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.

Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.Prepare and submit required tax filings and reports.

Financial Systems and Processes:
Maintain and improve financial systems and processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency. Utilize accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) to manage financial data and generate reports.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
Proven experience in an accounting or finance role.Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable (if applicable).

Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
