岗位职责

Audience2Media is an audience targeting agency. Founded in 2009 and operating out of London, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong, we help brands reach the right people through digital media and influencer marketing. We have delivered over 5,000 campaigns for clients across the UK and Asia, and our reach extends to around 95% of the global online audience.

We are experts in digital media and influencer marketing, and we have built our own platforms to support both. Our online platform covers programmatic display, video, CTV, paid social and search; our offline platform covers programmatic digital out-of-home; and our influencer platform uses creator and audience data to plan, run and measure campaigns with creators across every major social channel.

Everything we do is data-led. We use in-house analytics and audience data to find who matters to a brand, decide where to reach them, and measure what happened, with real-time insights and bespoke reporting that show clients exactly what their campaign delivered. Our influencer practice is BCMA accredited and runs end to end, from creator selection through to content approval, delivery and reporting.

We work with brands and agencies across the UK and South East Asia, and we are growing. If you want to be part of a team that combines media expertise, influencer marketing and its own technology, we would like to hear from you.

Job Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients in Malaysia and the UK, working alongside our sales, ad ops, media buying and influencer teams to turn briefs into proposals and deliver campaigns that meet client goals. It is a hands-on, client-facing role with clear room to progress as you build  your portfolio. We are looking for someone organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build client proposals from campaign briefs across influencer and digital media (programmatic display, paid social, search, CTV and OOH), working with the sales, media buying and influencer teams on channel recommendations and costs.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Malaysia and UK clients, handling briefs, approvals, timelines and status updates so clients always know where their campaigns stand.
  • Brief internal teams (ad ops, media buying, influencer and creative) on client requirements and coordinate delivery across both offices, so campaigns launch on time and to spec.
  • Support the sales team on pitches and new business by pulling together proposals, costings and creds, and take over as the client's day-to-day contact once a campaign is won.
  • Track campaign performance against KPIs with the ad ops and influencer teams, flag issues early, and keep clients updated on optimisations made in flight.
  • Prepare media schedules, weekly status reports and end-of-campaign reports with clear, data-led insights and recommendations for the next campaign.
  • Present proposals, plans and results to clients confidently, and handle queries, changes and issues promptly to protect the relationship.
  • Grow existing accounts by spotting opportunities for follow-on campaigns and new channels, and by keeping up with platform, creator and industry trends relevant to each client.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • A keen understanding and passion for the digital marketing landscape and social media platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a client service, account management, or similar role in the marketing or advertising field
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of current trends and best practices in the digital marketing arena
  • Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to extract actionable insights and present them effectively
  • Creative thinking capabilities, with a knack for generating innovative campaign ideas and solutions
  • A growth mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Benefits:

  • 14 days of holiday
  • Company pension scheme
  • Quarterly bonus scheme, contingent on overall company performance and revenue targets
  • Bi-annual pay reviews based on company performance and individual KPI deliverables
  • Annual training and development budget for comprehensive career progression

Compensation Package: We offer a competitive compensation package (inclusive of pension, company bonus, training budget allocation, and bi-annual pay reviews) adapted to your qualifications and experience.

We welcome your application to join our team and contribute to setting new industry benchmarks.
