Join SingHealth's Finance Operations team and play a hands-on role in keeping the financial engine of Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster running smoothly. You will be part of a team that ensures accurate and timely processing of payments across SingHealth HQ, contributing directly to the organisation's operational efficiency and financial integrity.

We are seeking a Senior Associate Executive to support the Finance Operations team in managing claims and invoices via our financial systems. This role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with structured processes, and able to engage confidently with internal stakeholders to resolve payment matters.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for verifying electronic Payment Request Forms (ePRFs) and invoices submitted through Accounts Payable Invoice Management System (APIMS), SingHealth's financial system, ensuring that all submissions are accurate and processed in a timely manner. You will serve as a point of contact for SingHealth HQ cost centres, attending to queries and providing guidance on payment-related matters. Where issues arise, you will work to resolve them promptly and follow up on outstanding invoices to keep processing on track. You will also liaise with 1FSS, our outsourced finance service provider, on payment issues, clarifying roles and expectations in line with the Service Level Agreement. You may occasionally be assigned other duties as the team's needs evolve.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and initiative
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal departments and external service providers
